I am a lifelong Bridgewater resident and Class of '09 BR graduate. I reside on Auburn Street with my fiancée and our two children. I have served as a member of the Bridgewater Planning Board since 2018 and currently serve as it's Vice Chair.
I believe that change is inevitable with the passage of time, but must be carefully managed to keep our town the place that we know and love. Large expansions and sweeping changes like the MBTA Communities act, which rips power from the hands of residents, must be carefully scrutinized, and opposed if necessary. The power to determine the future of our town should be with you, the people. I ask you to help me Keep Bridgewater Bridgewater.
Bridgewater wants business. But as with other developments, we must make sure we do it in a fashion that respects that the town is not for sale. If elected I will strive to ensure our codes and regulations allow economic development while protecting our citizens and natural resources.
Our residents work hard for their money, and their tax dollars ought to be well spent. If elected I will do all I can to ensure that our residents are getting their money's worth, while also planning for the future.
